Most accident prevention systems in vehicles cater for hazards either from the front or side. Examples of this are seat belts, air bags and side impact protection systems,
all of which are now installed in many, if not all cars. Until this point in time the only protection against impact from behind has been the installation of Head Restraints.
Bootroll have changed this by addressing the very serious hazard of luggage, tools or equipment crashing through the seats of Hatchback or Estate type vehicles in the event of a collision.
Bootroll is a heavy duty, protective cover which is securely fitted to the boot floor. It differs from Bootsafe in that it is a containment sheet that folds and wraps to secure
larger items and is not a box container.
Bootroll is delivered with an easy to follow step-by-step installation guide for fitting at home, work, or at the local garage if you prefer. Installation usually takes about 20 minutes.
Many new vehicles already have cargo anchor-points built into the luggage compartment, and Bootroll can be attached to these*.
*Bootsafe could be attached to these, but it is not recommended. We recommend that our products are fitted using the supplied purpose made anchor fittings, see disclaimer below...

Bootsafe DIN No. 75410/2 holding 36kg in a 25mph head on collision. Bootroll DIN No. 75410/2 holding 72kg in a 25mph head on collision.
